Steps to creating a knowledge base web output
- Tag records that you want to appear in the output
- Select the location, preferrably a network drive so it’s accessible by all people in the organisation
- Use the wizard to set the location
- Select a title name
- Click “Build and run”
- On completion will open the newly created site
- The web site provides a search facility and links to associated files
- Advise staff by email
