Steps to creating a knowledge base web output

Tag records that you want to appear in the output
Select the location, preferrably a network drive so it’s accessible by all people in the organisation
Use the wizard to set the location
Select a title name
Click “Build and run”
On completion will open the newly created site
The web site provides a search facility and links to associated files
